Chris got into triathlons in his late twenties after he retired from clubbing. Instead of coming home from Zouk at 5am, he started heading out at 5am to cycle over 100km. Eventually, he started his own gym and found his calling in making people sweat. Now a boxing enthusiast and often proud of wearing a black eye, you will find Chris teaching an upbeat, encouraging and motivational class at CruBox.

Known for his high energy classes, Chris has a way to make you keep going even when you think you have no more gas left in the tank. He believes moderation is the secret to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reserves no judgement when he catches you scarfing down donuts after a workout.
