Amy began her yoga journey 5 years ago with a desire to improve her own fitness level. When she saw the improvement in her own health, she wanted to inspire others to do the same. Amy applies self reflection throughout her classes. She focuses on mindful practice and she always practices with a grateful heart for the well being of the body.
Amy’s classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. She likes to introduce challenging yet fun poses that encourage her students to stay engaged. Amy is also Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Certified.
Outside of CRU or working out, you’ll find her spending time with her daughters, hosting weekly themed gatherings and making sure her daily coffee fix is scorching hot .
