Senior Instructor at CRU, Jolyn creates a warm, welcoming, dynamic training environment built on athleticism and teamwork. A space that encourages you to consistently redefine your limits, expand your comfort zone, while challenging you to be better with every practice. One where you are free to express yourself authentically, one that allows you to be connected with your heart, body and spirit; while at the same time, moving as one beating heart with likeminded individuals who lift each other up by being the best that we can be.
As a fitness junkie, Jolyn’s journey started at a Boxing gym back in Melbourne in 2012. With a decade of training experience across various disciplines and 6+ years of teaching experience, growth is a top priority for her in the training space and far beyond. Apart from teaching at CruCycle and CruBox; Jolyn enjoys strength and conditioning training, and the occasional hot yoga class, believing that true growth and freedom always exist on the other side of our comfort zone.
No matter your fitness level or experience, Jolyn aims to train each individual where they are, working alongside them to bring out their best. A space where you feel empowered and energised to embark on your day ahead, a place to heal and let go of everything that no longer serves you in the present, and one that builds you up into becoming everything you’ve ever envisioned to being.
