Natasha began her yoga practice in 2010 and it has consistently served as a transformational refuge. Flow through and to groovy electro beats and energy-centered sequences with conscious intention. By sharing a physical body to emotional body experience through introspective practices of meditation, pranayama and self-reflection, Natasha encourages her students to cultivate and embody their practice on and off the mat. Get ready to meet the challenges of yoga (and life) with patience and endurance while embracing the rewards with gratitude and humility.
Off the mat, Natasha enjoys bachata lessons, bicycle rides, the beach, getting lost in nature with her dachschund kona, podcasts and winding down with a home cooked meal.
