“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”

Amanda believes in living courageously and honestly, and that everyone has limitless potential. She came to know yoga during her university days as a way to maintain mobility and fitness. Over time, she was able to see the lessons learnt on the mat translate into real life seamlessly, and decided to take up her 200 hour teacher training with YogaWorks. Since then, she has undertaken Yin Yoga teacher training with Jo Phee, and is currently studying Women’s health and Yoga with Yoga Medicine. 

Expect a balanced practice for the mind and body, as she brings you through thoughtfully curated sequences that connect breath and movement. Off the mat, Amanda spends her time reading, being a dog-mum and pursuing her passion project in changing the world by empowering women to live their fullest, truest, most beautiful lives.
