Shandie has always been a leader of #thesweatlife. In her younger days, she competed in dragon boat races before retiring from the sport and switching her passion to Muay Thai. Trainings were gruelling for both sports, and it moulded her into the tough cookie she is today. After honing her skills for over four years, Shandie felt that it was timely to share her knowledge and love for boxing with people who see the sport as a way to toughen up the mind and body.
