After her time abroad, Sabrina found fitness when finding a community in Singapore. During a group class, while everyone was done and the last person was still at it, she saw how two trainers ran up to motivate and inspire that person right till the end. That is when she decided to develop herself as a trainer.

No matter what your relationship to fitness is, Sabrina's classes will ensure that there is a place for everyone. She will push you in hopes that you will push back, and eventually engage that resilience in your mind and body. With a background in theatre, she is passionate about bringing people together through movement and music.
