  • In-studio tasks that include attending to clients, answering phone and email queries, assisting in corporate outreach
  • Keeping a jovial disposition and delivering excellent client experience
  • Effectively promote and speak for current packages and promotions
  • Providing information about our studios' classes and policies
  • Keeping the desk tidy and supplies well-stocked
  • Coordination with studio service vendors for maintenance works and repairs
  • Client administrative support


  • An outgoing personality
  • Good command of English and communication skills
  • Ability to work 44 hours a week, 6 days a week
